Synopsis
Playwright David Rabe, whose works include Hurlyburly and Streamers, has created a hard-hitting play set in a medium-sized Midwestern town in the early 1960s. Danny, who is in his twenties and living in the home in which he grew up with his German immigrant father, Pop, discovers a whole new life when he connects with a female college student named Karen. In time, she reveals to him that there is a whole new world beyond the one in which he grew up and still lives.
