Amazing Grace is a new Broadway musical that tells the story of one man’s struggle with his conscience. This is an epic tale of romance, rebellion and redemption, as John Newton, a musically talented and determined young man attempts to reconcile the idea of following in his father’s footsteps and becoming a slave trader with the compassionate views of humanity that his childhood sweetheart embraces.

In this story about the man who finds himself in crises, John Newton (Tony Award® nominee Josh Young) is touched by a transformative moment during a perilous voyage on the high seas.
