This is a moving and fascinating story about the British rock legend who dealt with issues related to sexual identity, addiction and the ever encompassing and smothering forces of fame.

Synopsis

Forever Dusty, with Kirsten Holly Smith as Dusty Springfield, offers us insights into a woman who rose to stardom and then had to conquer drug addiction, alcoholism and self-mutilation. This is the full story told as part biography, part conjecture and all Dusty. The show, which was also co-written by Smith, offers numerous hit pop songs including “Son of a Preacher Man,” “You Don’t Have to Say You Love Me,” “The Look of Love.” Go back in time and meet a legend.
