  • SYNOPSIS

    Directed by David Hyde Pierce the musical It Shoulda Been You offers audiences a hilarious clash of cultures as a Jewish bride and her Catholic boyfriend prepare to take their sacred marriage vows. With the stage already set for comedy galore, things become even more complicated with the arrival of the bride’s ex-boyfriend. The wedding comes to a precipitous halt, as complicating plots are hatched, promises are made and broken, and secrets unabashedly revealed. It is a disaster in the making until the bride’s savvy sister finds a way to ensure that everyone will live happily ever after.
