Schmigadoon, an adaptation of the acclaimed Apple TV+ musical comedy series, is making its Broadway debut this April. The story draws inspiration from the Golden Age of Broadway and parodies its iconic song styles.

The story follows Josh and Melissa, a modern-day couple seeking to rekindle their relationship. Their backpacking trip takes an unexpected turn when they get lost and stumble upon a magical town. Here, the townsfolk are immersed in a 1940s-50s Broadway musical, living their lives in a world of musical theater.

Many familiar stories and tunes from classic Broadway shows like The Music Man, Carousel, Oklahoma, and Brigadoon are touched upon. The musical numbers capture the spirit of these shows, and many of the town’s characters are based on the original storylines, making for an entertaining evening of musical theater.

Schmigadoon features a book, music, and lyrics by Emmy winner and Grammy nominee Cinco Paul. Directed and choreographed by Christopher Gattelli, best known for Newsies, the show promises to be a crowd-pleaser for groups of all ages. With very reasonable group pricing starting at $79.00 and Student groups at $69.00.
