    Berry Gordy went from being a wannabe to the top of the heap when in the late 1950s he created Motown. That record label and Gordy’s vision and determination would turn vinyl into gold, as he helped to shape the careers of pop music’s most exciting talents. Featuring all the classics you love, Motown the Musical offers audiences the story behind the hits and provides us with insights as to how Gordy and his company shattered barriers, molded our lives and made us feel a whole new rhythm and beat.
