Creating and maintaining a budget for any play or musical involves strong business instincts, financial smarts, and legal knowledge. Broadway show budgets are some the biggest in the theatre, and knowing how to handle every aspect of that budget is a refined skill that can either make or break even the best Broadway show. In this seminar you’ll learn about the essential elements included in the process of creating a successful budget, including how to break down a budget, allocate costs, and determine a show’s running costs.
