In Sleep No More, the story of Shakespeare’s Macbeth is set in and unfolds in a chic 1920s hotel. This is an amazing environmental production that keeps the audience moving as it utilizes five floors of the McKittrick Hotel to tell the story.

  • SYNOPSIS

    This theatre production includes helpful guides who will help you follow the action as Sleep No More, which is based on Shakespeare’s Macbeth, unfolds at the McKittrick Hotel. Actors roam the hotel and audience members are encouraged to follow along as scenes, action and intrigue unfolds in opulent bedrooms, an upscale hotel bar, a psychiatric ward, a stable, a forest and more. Audience members wear Venetian masks throughout this intriguing and innovative event.
